Cargo inspection and certification services

1. The client certifies that he carefully read the Inspection methods and scopes Appendix, and all conditions mentioned in this application, and he agrees that this application forms the certification agreement between the two parties.
    

2. The client shall always fulfill the certification requirements within the scope of certification including implementing appropriate changes when they are communicated by NEI.
    

3. If the certification applies to ongoing production, the certified product continues to fulfil the product requirements.
    

4. The client commits to making all necessary arrangements to provide needed access as needed to perform inspection and certification activities, including to and not limited to relative document records, equipment, inspection locations, products to be inspected, personnel and their subcontractors.
    

5. The client commits to making claims regarding certification that are consistent with the scope of certification.
    

6. The client commits to use the Certificate of Conformity solely for the purpose it has been issued for and in such a manner as to NOT bring NEI into disrepute and does not make any statement regarding its product certification that NEI may consider misleading or unauthorized.
    

7. The product certificate might be terminated, suspended or withdrawn according to the certification scheme terms and conditions. When applicable, NEI will provide the client with a full explanation of such cases prior to proceeding with the certification procedures
    

8. Upon suspension, withdrawal, or termination of certification, the client discontinues its use of all advertising matter that contains any reference thereto and acts as required by the certification scheme and takes any other required measures.
    

9. Copies of the Certificate of Conformity can only be created by the client in their entirety or as specified by the respective authority.
    

10. In reference to its product certification in communication media such as documents, brochures, or advertising. The client complies with the requirements of NEI or the certification program.
     

11. The client complies with any requirements that may be prescribed in the certification scheme
    that relate to the use of marks of conformity and information related to the product.
     

12. The client keeps a record of all customer complaints made known to him relating to compliance with the certification requirements of their products and makes these records available to NEI upon request,
    a) takes appropriate action with respect to such complaints and any deficiencies found in products that affect compliance with the requirements for certification
    b) and documents the actions taken
     

13. When applicable, the client commits to inform NEI, without delay, of changes that may affect its ability to conform with the certification requirements (including legal, commercial, or organizational changes, modifications to product or production method, and major changes to the quality management system).
 

13. NEI reserves the right to collaborate with subcontractors for certain tasks. The client agrees to cooperate duly with the respective subcontractor.
 

14. It is recognized by the client that the facts and findings of NEI, regarding the product verification service, represent the judgment given after due consideration based on the respective technical standards, trade customs, practices or other circumstances which should be taken into account and to the attendant limitations surrounding the circumstances at the point of intervention.
 

15. NEI commits to providing the client with requested program-relevant information.

16. NEI will deal with your information with the highest sense of privacy, and it will be accessible only to parties involved in the inspection process for relevant use. And in all cases, we are requested to provide such info to any official authorities; we will inform you in advance unless we are legally forced not to do.
 

17. NEI and its employees commit to performing the inspection and all related certification procedures impartially and objectively with no bias to any results for the benefit of any party.
 

18. Client commits to make full payment according to the approved offer regardless of the inspection or certification results and before receiving the company's decision

20. NEI will not participate in any consultancy activities regarding the products or manufacturing process – it’s the client's role to propose corrective actions, and NEI role will be to accept or reject the proposed actions.
 

21. All information related to the client, trade secrets any other related information that has not been publicly disclosed should be dealt with with high confidentiality by the company / its employees and or any third party. This includes information obtained from sources other than the client and
 

22. The client will be informed in advance of information that NEI intends to place in the public domain (if any)
 

23. When NEI is required by law to release confidential information, NEI will inform the client in advance, unless prohibited by law.
